Visiting the various small ports and seeing the range of the islands, plus a lot of swimming in wonderful waters.

This was an extraordinary adventure. Highly recommend. Great guides! Thank you Christopher and Martina. Wonderful responsive friendly crew. Superb food, modern comfortable boat, solid easy to use e-bikes. You can’t go wrong with this enterprise in Croatia. Bravo.

Beautiful cities and towns, very nice boat, great people and staff to have the adventure with.

In spite of the weather being extremely hot (end of June), it was a wonderful trip with two excellent guides. The Adriatic was so lovely; I would have liked swimming option stops while on the bike portions. We did have a few swim options from the anchored boat, but generally too much of a current & chop to enjoy. The rides were challenging so we really loved having the Ebikes. Also challenging was the amount of time on loose gravel. We were not alone with that opinion. The food was good, not gourmet, but good enough. Happy to have lots of fruit in the morning. Cabin was very comfortable. Boat was clean & fancy. We very much enjoyed the two guided walking tours of two of the villages. I would recommend this trip; just be mindful of the weather. I’m sure we would have enjoyed it more if it was cooler.

Third bike & boat. The best trip ever, the best boat ever, the best guides ever.

Everything was top notch. The Andela Lora was a beautiful ship and our upper deck cabin was superb. (Probably the best of the four bike and boat tours we've done.) The scenery was stunning: very blue sky, and blue water. The rides were good and very scenic. There was a fair bit of gravel and hills - my wife and I were very thankful to have e-bikes. In our group of 33 riders, there were only two non-motorized bikes. One was ridden by a guest, the other by one of the 30-something year old guides.

Its hard to pick just one place or one aspect of the trip. Our guides were fantastic, the crew was attentive, the boat is gorgeous and comfortable. The guests were friendly and like minded travelers. Croatia is a beautiful country.

Both my husband and myself were very impressed with the Andela Lora, her crew, the guides, the route and the food were all just exceptional. We have been on several bike and barge/boat trips and we both agree this trip definitely rates high in our books! The guides, Kristopher and Dominic, worked well together and everyone felt safe with clear instructions and kept the guests well informed regarding route changes and updates. The ability to download the route on our cell phones even added further clarity to what each day would be like. Thank you to all who was involved on making this trip so wonderful. Of note, the scenery is just breathtaking too!

The rides were phenomenal… Would have loved to have slowed down a little to enjoy the scenery, but the scenery was spectacular. The food on the boat was unbelievable! The chefs did a wonderful selection of diverse foods. Our guides were very good and competent.

The trip was well- organized. A detailed itinerary was sent prior to boarding and it provided adequate information re: what to expect on a daily basis and what equipment was required. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The staff on board the boat were also friendly and responded quickly to requests. The food was great with adequate portions for all. The bikes were well taken care of and in good shape. Prior to the trip, staff from TripSite provided quick responses to questions. You could easily do this trip on a normal bike if in good physical shape. The optional guided tours at various ports were informative and added value to the trip. There was enough downtime each day as we travelled to new ports.

The food was delicious and the chef had vegan options for us each day. My favorite part was riding each morning and then coming back to the ship to a nice meal. Even though it was mid October, we enjoyed several "cold plunge" dips in the Adriatic Sea which helped alleviate sore muscles..

Wonderful experience! Everything about the trip was memorable from the e-bikes, to the tour guides, to the food and accommodations. Weather was a little challenging in October but between the tour guides and the boat captain, the itinerary was adjusted so we never got wet riding and the trip experience wasn’t compromised.

I have to admit the best part of the trip was the people that we met on board. Everyone got along extremely well for the entire trip.

Our previous Bic & Barge was a better experience than this trip for the following reasons:

- Food: Breakfast was very consistent and good. Lunch & Supper, when served, was less than good.
- Accommodations: The rooms and associated washroom was small, tired and in need of repair and/or updating.
- Staff: The ship's crew liked to congregate at the stern of the ship every night and talk in loud voices until 10PM. We didn't complain but it something that the tour organizer should communicate to the boat that needs to be addressed.
- The ride group was too big. 35 cyclists, of varying abilities and age, should have been split into two groups. Many times, the distance between the front end and the back of the group was too far. This was not good for the good riders or for the lesser riders. In fact, one day the members of the group got separated because the front group was so far ahead. Spit the groups. Assign a sweeper from the cyclist group and one guide to each group.
- Guides were good
- Crew was unfriendly and never looked at you eye to eye. Noisey after hours. (See above)
- Crew was inappropriate with three (3) young women in our group. I realize it takes two to tago but they should have kept their distance
- Bartender was unfriendly. Maybe it was a language issue. If it was, then he was assigned the wrong task and should not have been the bar tender.
- Captain of the vessel was good, friendly and made you feel at ease when we were at sea.
- The guides in Rab and Zadar were really good.
- Cycling was really good. A lot of variety.
- Scenery was spectacular. Croatia is a beautiful country like no other

Going forward we are going to stick to flatter terrain. My wife didn't like riding along stretches of hillside/mountains with vertical drops on the outside lane or barreling down hills at speeds over 40km/hr with hairpin turns. Me, I loved that. All about finding a compatible ride for us both.

The tour is a great way to see the charm and beauty of both the Adriatic sea and small historic ports of the Croation Islands.

This boat and bike trip was really an ideal combination accessible cycling for all in our party (with a mix of e-bikes and gravel bikes), fantastic gourmet food onboard the Andela Lora and great way to experience getting to know Isteria. The boat was well-appointed and comfortable for the 34 guests and we all felt very well looked-after!

We had a wonderful experience on the tour. The boat exceeded our expectations in terms of accommodation and the food was delicious. Our tour guides were knowledgeable and very organized - clear about bike directions and safety conscious. Biking was a mix of roads and gravel trails. E bike recommended unless you are a strong cyclist.

The tour was great. The staff were very attentive. The guides were helpful.
The breakfast was basic but the lunch and dinners were excellent. The beds are comfortable but the AC could be better esp if traveling when warm. Toiletries are not included so one should bring or buy when you arrive. The bikes are comfortable and really ding thru the countryside was beautiful

We had an amazing time on our Istrian bike/barge trip in May/June 2024. We loved the guides and the crew and the food was amazing! The scenery and bike routes were spectacular and we really enjoyed the extras (Croatian language lesson, Croatian history/geography lecture and city guides) ! Would recommend and hope to do again.

Great group, amazing food!!, beautiful surroundings, well chosen routes, catered to a variety of capability and fitness levels. We all could do it. The e-bikes were reliable and made the trip doable for all.
The ship was clean and comfortable and the crew super congenial. We were grateful to have an above deck cabin.

The excellent food, for me, was the most memorable. The biking and the guides were great but the quality of the food stood out for me

Crew was amazing! Food was gourmet. Itinerary was perfect. Bike rides were the perfect combination of scenic and challenge. Boat was comfortable.

We most enjoyed the culture of the Croatian North Dalmatia islands and the comradery of the other bikers on the boat with us. We made some lasting friendships on this tour. The Andela Lora is a very comfortable, well appointed vessel and well worth the premium price. Being early in the season, the boat was only about 50% full which added to the comfort. Given the varied terrain and elevations, electric bikes were definitely a plus. Our group had both trekkers and mountain bikers, so the respective stories following our rides were quite enjoyable.

The onboard chef was very talented and the food varied and well prepared. Luka, our waiter, was a joy. The crew and guides were very customer focused and experts at what they do. The guides could have provided a deeper historical perspective prior to and during each ride, but that is my only criticism. They took good care of us. Professional city tours were arranged on multiple occasions (Krk, Zadar, and Rab) and well done.

Be aware of over and above charges including Croatian tourist tax, crew/guide tips, water (fixed per passenger), and bar (coffee, alcohol, soft drinks) that are cash only and can creep up on you with a not so pleasant surprise at the end.

The most memorable part of our trip were our fellow passengers. Great group of fun people willing to meet and exchange and have a fun time

Camaraderie among the bikers from many different countries was wonderful. The scenery was beautiful. The guides were great. The food was delicious.
It would have been nice if the bikes either included different sizes or were more adjustable....as a short person, I would have liked to have been able to bring the handlebars closer to me.
Food: it would have been nice if there had been a greater variety of bread options. Also...maybe add some snack options for the daytime and for biking, like granola bars and crackers, etc.

The whole trip was wonderful. The guides and boat staff, the boat (nicer than expected), the scenery (gorgeous), the bikes, the guided tours of the towns, and the camaraderie among the guests. My only recommendations are that: on some days, the bike rides could have been longer (it’s too beautiful not to ride a bit longer); and the kitchen staff, which did a great job overall, could do better to accommodate vegetarians.

The best part was the international makeup oif our group which booked through Island Hopper (German, Swede, Pole, Hungarian, Canadian, Australian and we 7 Americans.

The lower deck rooms were fine, as we were a bit nervous. The food was more than enough. The two cooks were fabulous, the rides varied. bikes excellent, good gides
