• The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office.
• There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by.
• Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha, Xplor, work class suba diving and dave diving, Hidden Worlds and much more.

• Under Puerto Aventuras Bylaws Music is permitted until 11:00 pm.
• Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.
• This villa accepts weddings and special events, such as larger groups and corporate retreats. Hacienda Magica, Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar, next door properties, may be rented together as The Hacienda Estate. It may host events of 250 guests. Offering luxurious suites for 90 guests. We have other villas close by for further guests. Please contact us for details.
