Location

• Situated on a pretty hillside in the countryside, it is an impeccable home with every modern comfort in an incredible position with views towards the rolling hills of Maures (protected landscape) , but still located near the village center of Grimaud - 1 km - with all small shops.
• Peace and complete privacy here, yet just a 5 minute drive to Cogolin, where you will find markets, shops, cafes, restaurants, bank, etc, and 10-15 minutes to St Raphael, and 20 minutes to St.Tropez.
• Marina de Cogolin is 10 km from the villa.

Please note

• The caretaker lives at the entrance at 200 m from the villa and speaks a little English
• Parents must look after their children (swimming pool, sloping ground)
• Turnover: 24 hours mandatory between 2 rentals
• Green house (special cleaning product provided)
• Weddings are not permitted
• Small pets are allowed on request
• Baby cot and 2 extra beds on request
• Please note that France villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request. It is common for pool heating to be an additional cost.
