Show More Show LessThe fantastic outdoor space has sweeping ocean views making for dazzling sunsets. Perfect for four couples or a large family, this ultra spacious villa can sleep up to 8+ (small children), has four en-suite bathrooms and a half bath off the great room. Chase the Sun has top amenities; granite counters, two built in ovens, gas stove and two 42" Flat screen TVs.
Built in 2009, other perks include A/C in all bedrooms and a sparkling 12 x 18 private pool with a sprawling sundeck for entertaining. There is an iPod hook up and pool side speakers and WiFi throughout the home. The lower deck is shaded for an after-dinner drink or a relaxing read. The upper-level great room includes a 42" flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, stereo with iPod hookup and comfortable lounge area. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats eight guests and there are additional seats at the bar.
Each of the four suites have king size beds, large walk-in showers with walk-in closets all with stunning views of Great Cruz Bay. The lower level of the villa has a second great room equipped with a pool table, refrigerator and another flat screen TV, perfect for staying in and entertaining or relaxing while enjoying total seclusion. - Tax and service charges: Rates for St. John villas are subject to 12.5% tax. There is an extra fee for housekeeping if guest are staying less than 14 nights. The money will be left on the kitchen counter by the guest for the housekeeper. One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. If you arrive later than 9:00 pm on St. John there is a charge of $65 for your arrival. If a reservation is discounted or for four days or less there is an arrival charge of $65. If an arrival takes place on a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) the arrival fee is $100. Special rates apply for holiday dates. Bookings at this villa are non-refundable. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, with the exception of children age 2 - under. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for extra guests above maximum occupancy, subject to owner approval.
