Greeted by a lush, tropically landscaped entry, the eye is immediately directed to the vibrant turquoise waters that lie beyond the tranquil, west-facing, private beach. The contemporary layout and design are open to the sights and sounds of the Caribbean Sea and the lavish gardens that surround the property.
The dramatic 900 square foot great room spans 40 feet in length, and is flooded with natural light. Boasting two comfortable seating areas, and generous dining for ten, this fundamental area opens up to a verandah that wraps the austere lines of the pool and deck, combining indoor and outdoor living.
The natural finishes and modern influences add sophisticated simplicity to the sprawling central living space. At the same time, the color palette conveys harmony as it moves from solid, natural wood tones and creams, to delicate upholstery with bright accents and bursts of color.
The attention to detail is evident in the four luxurious bedroom suites - three facing the sea. Two bedrooms are king-bedded master suites, while the others offer two queen beds. The spacious bathrooms provide guests with double vanities, indoor and outdoor showers - a signature of the Jumby Bay lifestyle - and luxurious soaking tubs.
The west-facing garden reveals stunning sunset views best experienced from the suspended daybed in the romantic viewing tower. Simply stated, Allamanda is a relaxed beachfront luxury.

Dining~
The Estate House: The top fine-dining destination in the Caribbean, combining classic fare with modern island flavors, drawing on the culinary traditions of the West Indies. The circa 1830 plantation house, once the centerpiece of the island’s sugar plantation, includes a main restaurant and the 1830 Bar with three private dining rooms as well as a wine room all inspired by the home's rich history and island traditions.
Open for Dinner (days & times subject to change) | Dress code: Smart-casual resort wear
The Jumby Bay Veranda: Steps away from the water, welcoming guests daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A generous breakfast is available with choices of a la carte specialties, and an expansive buffet selection with fresh breads and pastries. Lunch and dinner are a journey to explore the essential joy at the heart of the ingredients where the Caribbean meets the Mediterranean, which we take as our inspiration. This open-air restaurant offers a refined culinary experience elevated with passion and the rhythm of the island and ocean.
Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner | Dress Code: Smart-casual resort wear
1830 Bar: Situated within the old plantation house and retaining historical elements of the original structure, the bar features a color palette of rich green tones inspired by the verdant island landscape. Cocktails at 1830 are refreshing, making use of local tropical fruits, honey, and West Indian spices to enliven classic and obscure cocktails with a modern twist.

Sand Bar: Overlooking the Caribbean Sea the fresh entry pergola, luxury stone details on the infinity pool, and new intimate sushi bar and lounge area compliment the elevated menu – a melding of Caribbean, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. Sand Bar is open for lunch and will also serve fresh ceviche, tapas, and sushi rolls as a light dinner option.
Genny's Bar: Set directly on the sands of Jumby Bay Beach, and surrounded by a garden of towering palm trees, hibiscus, and wild orchids, the Beach Bar is a traditional open bungalow with a thatched bohio that is the center of beach service. Cocktails, cold water, and fresh towels are available. A raised hand brings a frosty glass of water, delicious daiquiri, or tray bearing a selection of freshly made fruit sorbets, scrumptious ice-cream sandwiches, or frappuccino.
