Climate
Costa Rica is a year-round destination. It is a tropical country where you will find many different climates and microclimates despite the rather small size of the country. It is usually said that there are two seasons in Costa Rica, the dry season from November/December to the end of April and the green season that starts in May and usually ends in November/December. The weather depends on the regions of the country you are looking to visit. Some places are really humid and receive high amounts of rainfall (for example cloud forests and rainforests). Don’t worry, the rain here is actually quite warm and sometimes very enjoyable (temperatures can be very warm in Costa Rica!). Don’t forget your rain gear!
Remarks
Costa Rica is an absolute paradise for nature, beach, and adventure lovers and our local partners aim to keep it that way. They are committed to promoting sustainable tourism practices. Zero-impact travel does not exist. In fact, there is an impact in every action one decides to take, either a positive or a negative impact. The goal then is to offer responsible tourism options to people who are conscious of the ecological, social, and cultural imprint of travel and who believe that small actions can make a big difference. The mission to provide you the opportunity to discover their country is taken very seriously by our representatives, and they always take into consideration the social and environmental impact of the activities offered.
