Once the payment has been made, you agree that you will not be able to request a refund of the cost of the tour booked by cancellation unless it is canceled due to weather issues, You have the right to a change of date without additional charge, notifying a maximum of 12 hours before the start of your tour, if you do not do it, it will be taken as a trip done.
There will be no reimbursement for food or activities included in the tour that the attendees decide not to do or the reserved group arrives incomplete.
