Cancellation policy
By making the purchase online and / or sending their proof of payment for the reservation of the requested service, the client confirms that he agrees with the previously stated conditions and assumes the responsibilities associated with their acceptance.
Once the payment has been made, you agree that you will not be able to request a refund of the cost of the tour booked by cancellation unless it is canceled due to weather issues, You have the right to a change of date without additional charge, notifying a maximum of 12 hours before the start of your tour, if you do not do it, it will be taken as a trip done.
There will be no reimbursement for food or activities included in the tour that the attendees decide not to do or the reserved group arrives incomplete.
