Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the experience, 100% refund.
- For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience, 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the start date of the experience will receive no refund.
Health and safety policy
- Children 8-11 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bring: water shoes, towel, swimwear, water-proof camera, and cash for food and souvenirs.
- Not recommended for pregnant women
