Meeting place and directions

We’ll arrange to pick you up and drop you off from wherever you’re staying locally. A pick-up or drop-off from outside of the Sonoma or Napa Valley can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Cancellation policy

At time of booking you will be charged a non-refundable deposit (administrative fee) of your anticipated charges, this allows us to begin curating your appointments and reserve your vehicle and host for the day. All cancellations or reschedules must be made within 14 days of your tour. We know this can be tough, but our team needs enough time to communicate with many different sources already committed. Refunds and reschedules are permitted, minus the non-refundable deposit, with a minimum of 14 days notice. If you cancel you will see a full refund then a cancelation fee separately.

Bohemian Highway Travel Co. charges the full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within the 14 days of a scheduled tour. Keep in mind we've committed to many services all coming together for this experience on your behalf.

Health and safety policy

We'll make all reservations for you in advance. Tasting fees are included within your package price, along with a chef prepared picnic lunch. Please provide us with any dietary restrictions so we can accommodate.
