This top horse trekking tour departs from Ocho Rios and delivers you, after a sublimely scenic drive, to the shores of the Caribbean Sea.
Your experienced guide will show you to your horse, give a safety briefing, and lead you off on an unforgettable trek across tranquil meadows to a blissful private beach.
As you ride, your guide will reveal the fascinating history of Jamaica and point out the rare beauty of the scenery you’re sauntering through.
When you reach the magnificent beach, you’ll experience the unrivaled joy of riding into the waves on your horse, bareback swimming, and frolicking on the beach with your new equine friend. Cancellation policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the start date of the experience
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the start date of the experience will receive no refund
Health and safety policy
- Children must be at least 3 ft in height and a minimum of 6 yrs.
- The dress code is smart casual, shorts suggested, and wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bring a towel.
- Please note we do not allow children to ride doubled up with parents. A child must be able to handle his/her own horse, which will be led by one of our guides.
- Life jackets are required for children under the age of 16 years and non-swimmers (provided).
- Weight must not exceed 230 pounds.
Guests should consider their fitness level and medical history before planning participation in this tour. Horseback riding is not recommended for guests with cardiac conditions, epilepsy, heart or respiratory problems, physical disabilities, or any other serious medical conditions.
