- 48 hours or less: 50% cancellation fee
- 96 hours or less: 25% cancellation fee

- Guests are advised to provide food aversions and allergies
- Most food aversions and allergies can be accommodated (important ones to mention include shellfish allergies, vegetarianism, nut allergies, lactose intolerance)
- The country/origin of the guests should be given at the time of booking
- Minimum age: 4 years old with a love of food preparation (this tour is heavy on history as well as food)
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Parents should consider whether their child will enjoy standing frequently, walking a leisurely 2.2 km, and enjoy food and history presentations.
- Tour runs rain or shine (with the exception of severe weather); ponchos are provided
- Tour is not wheelchair accessible
- Not suitable for persons with limited mobility (a few tasting locations can only be accessed by stairs and persons should be able to walk 2.2 km leisurely over the course of 3 hours)
- Bring along; bottle of water, sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, cash
- Dress in comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes
